we have all the information we need. Including a confirmation email from the purchase. They got rid of the phone number to talk to a real person so we had to get a number from our brother who is an employee and she told us to reapply for a refund.
The phone number for calling is now request only, and that's available at on the contact us page for billing issues and other related issues. Sorry for the trouble. I believe this is done because of all the joke calls that they get, clogging up the call system.
try to go to http://xbox.com , then go to support, then scroll down to contact us, then click billing , and request a call back , if it does not give option to request a call back , then get the phone number from there and all that number
